Today---what a heat wave! My best friend and her husband came out in this heat and battle'd the humidity--just for some pictures. Steve---thankfully humored me,..and he did great...he absolutely hates getting his pictures taken (as most guys do)....BUT he was a trooper and did great! Here are some pics we took at Oliver Winery...

Just wanted to say that I appreciate this couple more than they will ever know. Alli has been my best friend since Highschool, and the journey & adventure's that we have come across have been a blast,...I wouldn't want to live life without her. Just wanted her to know that---oh, and Steve's cool too :) haha

Editing --Editing-- and MORE Editing

Its kinda funny when your editing pictures,...you can take one picture out of MANY pictures and change the look of it sooo many ways. You can make it look fun, cute, romantic, the list goes on & on--its crazy honestly, how many different ways you can make a picture. Just changing a picture from b&w to sepia--changes a look--let alone all of the different combination's of looks that you can achieve...Here are a few samples of a wedding I took pictures at 2 weeks ago. I'm still editing them. I hope to have them done soon, as to the bride and groom are anxiously waiting for them. Congrats to Isaac & LeAnn....the wedding was beautiful and it went very smoothly...I pray that you have many, many, many blessings here in the years to come!

LeAnn's Bridal Shower

Went to LeAnn's bridal shower and took some casual pics,...just to test the waters! My sister-in-law Stephanie made the cake,...very good might I add for just learning how to use fondant !

Anywho...I am excited to start this adventure of taking pictures on the side. I've really always done it for friends,..but never really made a portfolio or put anything together to show my work. SO basically I am amateur wanting to pursue a fun passion of mine,...not that I don't have enough in my life going on. Between being a full-time mommy of 2 amazing lil' boys, full-time wife(lol---is there any other way? haha) to an amazing husband, working full-time, active at our home church, and way too many other hobbies to add to the mix...lol.

Meet Rebecca.....

I was born into a wonderful family, who have always lived life to the fullest. We were always capturing our precious family memories & moments on picture & film. I received a camera at a very early age from my parents, and from then on, the art & love photography began. There are those that can paint a masterpiece or write eloquently worded lyrics, my talent is that I perceive things that the ordinary eye does not, and I have the knowledge to make it come to life through photography.
THIS IS MY PASSION.
My interest in photography is obviously a passionate one. I love to be behind the camera taking photos and capturing memories, for both myself and other families. I am a natural light, on location photographer--this means I will go to a location of your choice, rather than you coming to me.
I love taking outdoor lifestyle type photos, but I am also very happy to use my assortment of backdrops to take indoor portrait style photos.
I love to meet new people and make connections with the people and families I photography. I try and make your session with me as comfortable and fun as I can, and strive to take the best photos for you and your family to preserve the special moments and bonds in your life.
Developing a personal connection with all my clients is vital to me whether photographing an elaborate wedding, or simple portrait. All of my portrait and wedding photographs are a collaboration of my clients' uniqueness and my creative perspective, thus producing an original piece of "artwork".

Besides my love of photography, I am a mother to 2 beautiful sons ranging in age from 1 to 4 years old, and have been married to my wonderful husband for 6 years now.
